Cancellation policy:

Any modification or cancellation of your reservation should be sent to info@theodosius.si, and the following conditions apply:
Free cancellation up to 14 days prior to the arrival.
Less than 13 days to arrival: Theodosius will keep the deposit which can be transferred to the future reservation in the next 12 months from cancellation date.
4 days or less to arrival: Theodosius will forfeit the deposit which cannot be transferred to a future reservation.
In case of a no-show, we reserve the right to charge 100% of the value of the reservation.
No refund will be made in case of early departure.
If you’ll be using a gift voucher: Gift voucher will be used as a deposit for your reservation. Same T&C’s apply as above.

In case of cancellation due to ‘force majeure’, different conditions apply to the refund of the advance payment.

Additional information:

Arrival from 2pm to 6pm. Departure by 10 am.
Later arrival / check-in is possible by prior arrangement.
